At a young age I developed an ability to be passionate and softly talk with others while listening to their needs, offering a level of comfort and safety without judgement. My love for being there and helping others has been my driving force in extending myself and my positive aura. Over the years and with many connections built, I’ve developed great listening skills with added support and a loving demeanor. My core goal has always been kindness, an open-minded attitude, respect, guidance, and growth. Some may even label me as a life coach, but I like to think of it as a special carefree therapist. Many have left conversations feeling satisfied, yet yearning for another session. When it comes to self-care; knowing that I’ve placed smiles and played a part in relaxing muscles to help with longevity in their lifespan; is all the self-care I need.
